JOB REF: 0530: PART TIME REGISTRY CLERK – DATA ENTRY
£8,154 - £8,533 p.a dependent on qualifications & experience
20 hours per week on a rota basis.
Specific shifts for alternate weeks: Week 1: Mon -Thurs 9am – 1pm Week 2: Mon -Thurs 1pm – 5pm
Fri 8.45am – 12.45pm Fri 12.45pm – 4.45pm
This role is predominately to input learner details onto our Student Records Database, including checking of forms and resolving queries.
You will also be required to provide general administrative support within Registry including filing, answering telephone queries, dealing with face to face queries, enrolling students, assisting with Reception duties and handling cash etc.
The successful candidate will need to have a minimum Level 2 ICT qualification (or equivalent). Have excellent communication skills and a good standard of English.

JOB REF: 0531: LECTURER IN PLUMBING
£20,313 - £28,198 p.a dependent on qualifications & experience
Boston College is currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Plumber to work as a Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and teach the next generation of plumbers.
You would be tasked with providing a high quality level of teaching, learning and assessment, plus off-site support for apprentices and their employers. You would be expected to maintain academic standards, keeping abreast of curriculum developments, and participate in course design, assessment and monitoring. You will also get involved in student recruitment, interviewing, induction and counselling, and act as a course tutor to appropriate student groups.
The ideal candidate for the role must hold a recognised Level 3 Plumbing qualification, combined with relevant and recent industrial experience. An assessor qualification would be an advantage, however you must be willing to undertake the necessary teacher training if not already qualified. You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills, able to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a clear and engaging manner. You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car as external visits will be required in the role.
